I have been shopping airline ticket deals for our move to Costa Rica ever since returning from our December visit.
My only hard rule is that I will NOT fly Mexicana Airlines because I can’t take another Mexicana anal probing in this lifetime.
Several weeks ago my friend John and Costa Rica home owner suggested I watch Spirit Airlines for good ticket deals to Costa Rica. I subsequently joined the Spirit Airlines $9 Fare Club and the Spirit Airlines E-mail Specials subscription service.
Today I received my Spirit Airlines E-mail Specials promotion listing $109.00 tickets from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to San Jose, Costa Rica Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) … so we’re booked!!!
On Sunday, February 24th (02/24/08) we arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica at 1:15 pm via Spirit Airlines. Just in-time for lunch in the Central Valley!
